How to Place an Order

Review

Each week we’ll update our menu with the items available for our upcoming bake drop. There are a few staples, but we also plan to release seasonal favourites.

Email or text us with your order. Include your preferred pick up location, phone number and payment method. We will send a confirmation once received.

artisan sourdough BREAD

Our bread is a labor of love, hand crafted from a naturally fermented sourdough starter that imparts a tangy depth of flavour in every bite.

Sandwich Loaf

A handmade rustic sourdough sandwich loaf. The perfect slice for sandwiches or toast. Approx 850g.

  • Fennel (+ $1)
  • Everything (+ $1)
  • Multigrain* (+ $3)

  • Double Chocolate Espresso* (+ $6)

*Minimum 8 loaves required to bake. We will collect order requests and fulfill when we have enough orders. These flavours will typically be available at our weekend markets.

  • First order ever. Herb and Garlic focaccia was delicious, next time I’ll get more! The sourdough round was everything I’d hoped it would be. Beautiful flavour and texture! As a treat for my husband, I ordered the chocolate zucchini loaf. Was a huge hit for my chocoholic lol 😋

FIND US AT

Our sourdough bread can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. We recommend packaging your loaf in a tightly sealed plastic bag, and using a second plastic bag if freezing for longer periods of time. To thaw your sourdough bread, simply remove it from the plastic bag and thaw at room temperature.

Our sourdough bread does not have any preservatives and will stay fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days. To keep the crust crisp, you can wrap it in a tea towel. (Personally, we keep it in a plastic bag.) Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.

Your bread may be stored for up to 2 months when placed in a tightly sealed plastic bag and kept in the refrigerator.

You can refresh sourdough bread that is a few days old, refrigerated or has been frozen and completely thawed by misting the loaf with water (optional) and baking on the centre rack of your oven at 425*F for 5-10 minutes until warmed through and crust is crispy.

The possibilities are endless! But here are just a few of the pairings we love and highly recommend:

  • Sourdough converted to bruschetta (of the tomato or mushroom variety)
  • Sourdough grilled cheese
  • Sourdough paired with your favourite homemade soups
  • Sourdough breakfast skillets/casseroles
  • Sourdough cubes with spinach & artichoke dip
  • Warmed with butter
  • Sourdough avocado toast
  • Sourdough croutons on top of French onion soup

Although not often advertised, we also bake and deliver goods Monday and Thursday. You are more than welcome to place an order for either day! If you want to place a bulk order that falls outside of those days, we require at least 48 hours notice and the order minimum is (8) loaves of bread.
